1. General Terms

LikeStar Publications provides printing, graphic design, customization, branding and related services to individuals, businesses, organizations and other customers.

These terms are intended to establish clear expectations between LikeStar Publications and its customers. Individual projects may also have additional terms agreed upon before production begins.

We reserve the right to update these policies when necessary. The version published on this website will indicate when the policy was last updated.

2. Our Services

LikeStar Publications offers services including, but not limited to:

• T-shirt printing and customization
• Cap customization
• Banner production
• Flyer and poster printing
• Book printing
• Passport photographs
• Graphic design
• Logo design
• Business cards
• Business branding
• Custom printed products

Service availability, production methods, materials, turnaround times and pricing may vary depending on the requirements of each project.

3. Quotes & Orders

A quote request submitted through our website, WhatsApp, phone or another communication channel is a request for pricing information. It does not automatically create an order.

Before production begins, we may confirm:

• Product or service required
• Quantity
• Materials or specifications
• Design requirements
• Production timeline
• Delivery or collection arrangements
• Final price

An order is considered confirmed only after the required details have been agreed and any required payment or deposit has been received.

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, numbers, logos, contact information, colours and other important details supplied for production before approval.

4. Payments

Payment requirements depend on the type and size of the project. LikeStar Publications may require a deposit or full payment before production begins.

The payment amount and accepted payment method will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.

Production may not begin until the required payment has been confirmed.

Where an outstanding balance remains, the completed order may be held until the balance has been settled.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage of the order.

If production has not started, a cancellation may be possible depending on the project and any costs already incurred.

Once production, printing, customization or material preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible or the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred.

Customized products made specifically for a customer may not be eligible for a refund when the issue is a change of mind after production has started.

If LikeStar makes an error that differs materially from the approved specifications, we will review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

6. Customer-Provided Content & Designs

Customers may provide logos, photographs, artwork, text, designs and other materials for use in their projects.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permission to use materials they provide to LikeStar Publications.

Customers must not knowingly provide content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy rights or other legal rights.

LikeStar Publications may refuse a project when the requested content appears to involve unlawful activity or may create unreasonable legal or operational risk.

7. Customer Reviews & Feedback

Customers may submit ratings, comments and feedback about their experience with LikeStar Publications.

Reviews should be honest and based on the customer's actual experience.

We may moderate reviews to remove content that is abusive, unlawful, misleading, spam, personally invasive or unrelated to the service.

A submitted review may not appear immediately on the website because reviews may be reviewed before publication.

By submitting a review, you give LikeStar Publications permission to display the submitted review on its website for business and informational purposes.

We will not describe a review as a verified customer review unless we have a reasonable basis to verify the customer's relationship with LikeStar Publications.

When you contact LikeStar Publications or request a quote, we may receive information such as your name, phone number, email address, project details and information you voluntarily provide.

10. Production, Pickup & Delivery

Production times depend on the type of work, quantity, materials, design approval and current workload.

Any estimated completion date communicated to a customer is an estimate unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed.

Customers should provide accurate delivery or pickup information where applicable.

Delivery charges, collection arrangements and delivery timelines will be communicated according to the individual order.

11. Service Limitations

LikeStar Publications will make reasonable efforts to provide services according to the specifications agreed with the customer.

However, minor variations may occur in printed colours, materials, dimensions or finishing, particularly where the final product is affected by the characteristics of the selected material or printing process.

Customers are encouraged to request clarification or a proof where appropriate before production.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Policies

LikeStar Publications may update these terms and policies from time to time to reflect changes in our services, website, business operations or applicable requirements.

When we make significant changes, we may update the date shown at the top of this page.
